Following its initial direct-to-consumer success, Kylie Cosmetics collaborated with Coty and founder of Doheny Atelier on a global portfolio refresh to introduce new product collections, expanding the brand into brick-and-mortar retail with a scalable, elevated visual identity.
Kylie’s iconic pink creates a colorful backdrop for her lip products. Brand codes, including the newly drawn drips and uniform block letter logo center the products in the new visual identity.
Although the signature pink hues and silver block lettering serve as primary brand codes, the collection’s nuanced details, such as the hidden dust covers within blush and bronzer compacts and the custom-embossed logo patterns on the highlighters bulk, deliver an elevated moment of surprise and delight.
With smaller products comes slimmer space for design. Solved by reliance on the brands bold logo lettering and pink hues, there’s still a moment for wonder: the lip-drip logo pattern inside printing.
The flair and fun of a brand, the codes that make the visual presence. From bringing the lip drip logo into a refined style fit for a global retail environment, to illustrating stickers for every consumer to find in their pink shipping box when shopping online.
