About the Project

Kylie Cosmetics, the highly coveted celebrity-founded makeup brand, was founded in 2014 by influencer, mom, and among the top 10 most-followed people on Instagram, Kylie Jenner. Following the brand's 2021 relaunch—led by Doheny Atelier founder Kate Doheny—the aesthetic identity of the core collection was officially established.

Debuting shortly after the Kylie Cosmetics rebrand, the Reindeer Collection seamlessly blended playful charm with sophistication. Kate, the founder of Doheny Atelier, crafted custom illustrations that paid homage to the brand's signature whimsical style for seasonal releases, all while elevating its overall aesthetic. This comprehensive holiday lineup featured primary and secondary packaging, a bespoke multi-lip set, an advent calendar, stickers, and a plush reindeer PR box.

Embracing the holiday spirit, the brand's signature block logo is translated into an elegant script for this limited-edition release. A rich blend of snow white, reindeer fur brown, festive holiday red, glitter, and foil details brings to life an enchanting collection that beauty enthusiasts and collectors alike will cherish.

The interior brings surprise and delight, featuring lip primaries with the holiday script Kylie resting above frosted High Gloss and Liquid Lipstick vials—evoking the enchanting experience of walking into a crisp holiday scene with a blushing, red nose.

03 Advent Calendar

Designed to complement the core holiday lineup, this box serves as a festive addition to the season and can be sustainably repurposed to store personal treasures once the countdown is complete. The exterior features a stunning red foil logo set against a luxurious, soft-touch deep red backdrop. Inside, twelve surprise products reside snugly within custom-fitted compartments, perfectly sized for each item to elevate and enhance the advent experience.

04 PR Box

Could there be a fluffier PR Box? Massive in scale to match the reindeer holiday collection, this box showcases an embroidered version of Kate's reindeer illustration, beautifully accented with fuzzy reindeer fur and topped with a gold-plated Kylie Jenner plaque. Upon opening the oversized box, the consumer is greeted with the phrase "Happy Holidays Deer."
